Unpopular opinion time. This movie was a weird experience. It wasn’t just a movie, it was an experience. A deeply disturbing and troubling experience. After the movie was over, I felt sad, empty and lonely and most of all just lost. I felt like I had no purpose. When a movie makes you feel that way, it’s powerful. But, I don’t watch movies to feel that way. I want to have a good time. I want to enjoy myself. Not feel bad about myself. For that reason, I wouldn’t suggest this movie to anyone. I didn’t hate it. It’s not a bad movie per se, it’s just a deeply troubling one. It’s a trip. It doesn’t make much sense. The more you think about it, the less it makes sense. A movie has never made me feel so bad after watching it. Maybe I’m just too young to appreciate it. I don’t know. This is the most personal review I’ve ever written. This was a very weird experience.
